1. Why use filibi over other classified or coupon sites?
Filibi is a community of people who are looking for great bargains, and the perfect place to sell just about any item under the sun (please see our list of permitted sales items). We are certainly not asking you to abandon your favorite places to conduct business. We hope you'll use filibi in conjunction with them as we grow into something very special on the Net. But, here's the big difference: We pay you for inviting other people to list their items for sale and to find everyday bargains on filibi. Other sites do not. Your local newspapers do not. Nothing compares to word-of-mouth advertising, and now you can be paid for doing just that.

2. How much does it cost to become a filibi member?
There is no fee to become a member. You can still invite others, post free ads and earn commissions. There are only fees if you decide you'd like to add unlimited items for sale in our classified and/or coupon sections.

3. What are your fees to list classified items or add printable coupons?
Our current fee to list unlimited classified items is just $6.95 per month. Our current fee to list unlimited coupons is just $8.95 per month and our current fee to list unlimited coupons and classified items is only $14.95 per month.

4. How do we pay to list our items?
We accept subscription payments via PayPal and AlertPay. Both are online payment processors and you can use a credit card whether you are a member of their sites or not.

5. Do I have to start a subscription to add my items for sale?
YES. By starting a subscription, it eliminates the worry of having to go pay each month or sending a bill each month. If you are a constant seller, this just makes life easier. If you only want to add your items for 1 month, that's fine too. Just be sure to cancel your subscription at either PayPal or AlertPay prior to the next billing cycle (30 days). If you cancel your subscription, you still remain a "Sales Rep" at filibi, so be sure to continue telling others about filibi either way.

6. How can I earn?
For those looking to make filibi a home business: We pay $4.50 for each "Classified Advertiser" that you refer, $6.25 for each "Coupon Advertiser" that you refer and $10.00 for each "Ultimate Advertiser" you refer. For each month that your referrals subscribe you will make that amount per month. For Example: If you refer 100 people that subscribe to sell their items on our classified section, you will earn $4.50 x 100. That's $450.00 from classified advertisers that you invited. If you refer 25 businesses that subscribe to add their printable coupon ads and classified ads , you will earn $10.00 x 25. That's $250.00 for a total monthly income of $700.00. Your earnings will fluctuate monthly depending on how many sellers you have during any given month. If you decide to make this a serious home business, the potential is there for you to make a serious monthly income.

7. How and when will I get paid?
Commissions will be paid via PayPal or AlertPay. Commissions are currently scheduled to run on the 15th of each month. Be sure to add your PayPal and/or Alertpay email address in your profile.

8. What is the minimum balance I must have to get paid?
The automatic minimum commission payment is $22.50 which is what you earn when you have 5 people listing items in our classified ad section, or 3 business owners listing their coupons. Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month. If you have only 1 seller at $4.50, you will be paid after 5 months. Your commissions will roll over until you reach $22.50, or request a payment. If you would like to be paid a lessor amount, all you need to do is send us a support request. Minimum is $4.50.

9. How long before I can start earning money?
You can start earning as soon as your account has been verified and you refer other people to sign up from your personal website address, and they purchase our advertising.

10. How do I pay for an item I am interested in?
Usually, most purchases will be made locally. So, you will call the seller, go see the item, and if you like it, you pay the seller at the agreed-upon price. If you find an item outside your area, you will obviously need to make arrangements with the seller.

11. What if I only have 1 item for sale? Can I add it for free?
YES! If you are a member of filibi, and you only have 1 item for sale it doesn't make sense to us to charge you. You are allowed to add 3 items for free. So if you want to add a different item, you will need to remove your 1 of your free items first by clicking on [delete] to the right of "Your Ad". If it sells, remove it and replace it with another.

12. I own a business and want to add a printable coupon but don't have time. What can I do?
Just login to your members area and pay for your subscription. Then click on "Contact Support" and you will see that you can contact us to create your printable coupons for you. There is NO fee for this service.

13. Can you give me ideas about who I could invite?
Basically everyone! Your friends and family are a good start. Print a flyer and hang it around town at laundromats, banks, stores, and anywhere else that allows posting flyers. Create fundraisers for your church, your school, your sports teams, etc. to offer rummage sale type items, or events. Look around your city and see if any business could benefit from selling their items online, or adding a coupon ad, such as car lots, antique shops, novelty stores, pizza and any other restaurants. What about that vehicle for sale in the parking lot? Leave a flyer or card. Post comments on Facebook, MySpace, Sokule and others. You can do some online promotions, but be sure never to spam. We provide banner ads for your use online. So basically, you are not limited to your own locale, you can tell people around the globe!

14. I signed up, then my spouse tried to sign up, and your system wouldn't let them. Why?
In order to help prevent fraud, our server tracks IP addresses and only allows 1 IP address per membership. You may have your spouse sign up from a different location, or contact support and request to allow 1 additional household member.

17. What is your refund policy?
Please only make your filibi subscription payment when you are sure of what items you will be listing. Once your classified ad or printable coupon is live (which is instantly), there are no refunds. If you have not listed any items or coupons, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. There are no guarantees that your items will sell.
