    1. Why use filibi over other classified or coupon sites?


    Filibi is a community of people who are looking for great bargains, and the perfect place to sell just about any item under the sun (please see our list of permitted sales items) for free. We are certainly not asking you to abandon your favorite places to conduct business. We hope you'll use Filibi in conjunction with them as we grow into something very special on the Net.

    2. How much does it cost to become a filibi member?


    There is no fee to become a member. There are only fees if you need more than 4 pictures or features that go "above-and-beyond" what the average user may need at very affordable prices. .

    3. What are your fees to list classified items?


    There are NO fees to buy or sell your items on Filibi.com. There are Cost specifics for additional pictures additional features and durations are explained here.

    4. In the Facebook Pages category, is there a fee to add my Like Box like I see in other ads?


    NO. We have a very unique category for your Facebook Pages where by adding your Facebook Page URL in the box provided, your "LIKE BOX" will appear in your ad! The addition of a Like Box to your listing is absolutely free too!

    5. How do I find what I'm looking for?


    You have several options:
    • We offer a "quick search" bar at the top of our pages for you to enter keywords and categories to search.
    • We offer an Advanced Search page for you to refine your search criteria.
    • If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.

    6. How can I earn?


    For those looking to make Filibi a home business: First and foremost, selling your items is a great way to earn. Clean our your garage, closets etc. Find items at garage sales and sell for a profit. There are many ways to earn by selling online.

    7. How do I pay for an item I am interested in?


    Most classified ad purchases will be made locally. So, you will call the seller, go see the item, and if you like it, you pay the seller at the agreed-upon price. If you find an item outside your area, you will obviously need to make arrangements with the seller.

    8. What if I only have 1 or 2 items for sale? Can I add them for free?


    YES! You can list unlimited items in our Classifieds for FREE. There are no listing fee, and no registration fees.

    9. Can I share my ad or other ads to my soical media sites?


    Absolutely! At the top of every ad you will see a Share box that allows you to share to Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, Reddit, Twitter and Pinterest. By sharing your ad or other ads that you like, only helps you and/or the ad you share. It also provides even more organic traffic.

    10. I signed up, then my spouse tried to sign up, and your system wouldn't let them. Why?


    In order to help prevent fraud, our server tracks IP addresses and only allows 1 IP address per membership. You may have your spouse sign up using a different email account.

    11. What is your refund policy?


    Please, you only make a payment to Filibi for upgraded features to your listing. Once your classified ad listing is live (which is instantly), there are no refunds.

    12. Can I save items to revisit later?


    Yes. You can maintain your own "favorites" list within your account. Each listing on our site has an "add to favorites" link. Simply click that link and we will add that item to your favorites list.

    13. What if I can't find what I am looking for?


    You can set up search filters within your account area. Our site will then screen all new listings, as they are placed on the site, and if an item is listed that meets your filter (search) criteria, we will automatically send you an email notification.

    14. How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?


    We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous.
