3. What are your fees to list classified items?
There are NO fees to buy or sell your items on Filibi.com. There are Cost specifics for additional pictures and purchasing storefronts that are explained here.
6. How can I earn?
For those looking to make Filibi a home business: First and foremost, selling your items is a great way to earn. Clean our your garage, closets etc. Find items at garage sales and sell for a profit. There are many ways to earn by selling online.
7. How do I pay for an item I am interested in?
Most classified ad purchases will be made locally. So, you will call the seller, go see the item, and if you like it, you pay the seller at the agreed-upon price. If you find an item outside your area, you will obviously need to make arrangements with the seller.
9. Can you give me ideas about who I could invite?
Basically everyone! Your friends and family are a good start. Print a flier and hang it around town at laundromats, banks, stores, and anywhere else that allows you to post fliers. Create fundraisers for your church, your school, your sports teams, etc. to offer rummage sale type items, or events. Look around your city and see if any business could benefit from selling their items online, or adding a coupon ad, such as car lots, antique shops, novelty stores, pizza and any other restaurants. What about that vehicle for sale in the parking lot? Leave a flier or card. Post comments on Facebook, MySpace, Sokule and others. You can do some online promotions, but be sure never to spam. We provide banner ads for your use online. So basically, you are not limited to your own locale, you can tell people around the globe!
10. I signed up, then my spouse tried to sign up, and your system wouldn't let them. Why?
In order to help prevent fraud, our server tracks IP addresses and only allows 1 IP address per membership. You may have your spouse sign up using a different email account.
11. What is your refund policy?
Please only make your filibi subscription payment when you are sure of what items you will be listing. Once your classified ad listing is live (which is instantly), there are no refunds. If you have not listed any items, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. There are no guarantees that your items will sell.
12. Can I save items to revisit later?
Yes. You can maintain your own "favorites" list within your account. Each listing on our site has an "add to favorites" link. Simply click that link and we will add that item to your favorites list.
13. What if I can't find what I am looking for?
You can set up search filters within your account area. Our site will then screen all new listings, as they are placed on the site, and if an item is listed that meets your filter (search) criteria, we will automatically send you an email notification.
14. How do buyers and sellers communicate with each other?
We provide buyers with the ability to contact the seller through a form that is accessible on each of the seller's listing pages. The seller will then be notified by email of the buyer's questions and the seller can either reply by email or log in to their account and reply through our onsite messaging system. The seller can choose to keep their email address anonymous.
